AML618L4001 is an ultra low noise amplifier that operates over 6.0 to 18.0 GHz delivering 40dB minimum gain and Noise Figure below 1.8dB. Gain flatness over frequency is within +/-2dB. Output P1dB is +10dBm. Input/Output VSWR is 2.0:1.

AML1013PNB3001 is an AML medium power Ku Band low phase noise amplifier operating over 10.0 to 13.0 GHz with P1dB of +31dBm minimum and 1/f phase noise at 1KHz offset of -155dBc/Hz typical. This amplifier has 30dB gain and flatness over frequency within +/-2dB max. Amplifier operates at +12VDC and draws 2.5A current.
